Insul-Brite

Too Hot to Handle? Too Cold to Hold? Insul-Bright is a needle-punched, insulated and easy to sew material ideal for pot holders, oven mitts, casserole covers, lunch bags and more. Insul-Bright consists of polyester fibers, needle-punched through a reflective metalized polyester film. The needled material is breathable and won't break down with washing. The polyester fibers resist conduction while the reflective metallized polyester film reflects radiant energy, hot or cold, back to its source. Insul-Bright will not separate or bunch; contains no resins or glues; will not shift, migrate or beard; you can quilt or tie leaving up to 10 in. open; once quilted, you can machine wash and dry your project. Note that Insul-Bright is not recommended for microwave use. Yardage will always be cut continuously unless you request otherwise.
